List of donations to Skolelinux

The list of donations should give project members the ability to keep
an eye on the income side of the project, and the donators a share of
the fame they deserve.  I also want to use it to draw a map of the
location of donators, to visualise the donations.

The format should contain

 - Date in ISO format
 - Full Name, first name then last name (or 'anonymous')
 - Currency (like NOK, USD)
 - Amount
 - Country
 - Postal code part of address
 - Area/city part of address

I suggest we use semicolon separated files.  Example:

  2006-06-13;Petter Reinholdtsen;NOK;1000;Norway;0487;Oslo
  2006-06-14;anonymous;USD;10;USA;487;New York
